Healthy Paws is GREAT Pet Insurance!
Recently, my 6 year-old dog Oliver was diagnosed with severe chronic degenerative valve disease, severe mitral regurgitation, with ruptured cord of the anterior mitral valve leaflet. I called Healthy Paws to confirm the claims filing process and got a very knowledgeable and friendly customer service representative who easily explained the process to me. Since then, I have filed multiple claims and all have been reviewed in a timely manner with prompt payments to follow. I am very happy I chose Healthy Paws as an insurance provider, and will recommend them to all my pet-owning friends and family!

Pets Best does a great job keeping me updated on the process of my claim. If it's taking a little bit longer than normal, they e-mail me and inform me of the reason. However, most of the time my claims are processed within a week. Great job the folks at Pets Best are doing

Better deal
Very easy and quick online purchase. Same coverage as my previous insurance provider but $47 a month cheaper. A large savings of almost $600 a year. Glad I found Sonnet, I felt my previous provider was ripping me off and I was right.

Amanda Mello was amazing
Amanda Mello was amazing! I tried to figure the insurance on the app and it wouldn't work. So, I called, she answered, and I'm SO glad she did! She helped us navigate what was the best plan for our 2 dogs and the best price. I then asked her to contact our daughter in college for her puppy. Amanda did her magic, and now all our family dogs are insured and safe! Thank you Amanda!!!
