Great reimbursment and low deductible…
Great reimbursment and low deductible options, my only constructive critique that comes to mind is the annual coverage can be costly if you increase the coverage beyond 5k if you have 90% reimbursment and a 100 dollar deductible.

My claim was not processed properly until I had to call and the customer service representative realized that the claims processing did not operate as it should have. This whole thing was a nightmare. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied. At least your customer service representative was able to help me, because the rest of you all dropped the ball.

I now have 3 fur babies insured with Pumpkin. All chows, 9, 2 & 3 months old. I readjusted the coverage & added the puppy. For reference, my dog(Harley) just turned 7 years old and turning 8 this December. Super active rescue terrier mix that I swear battery never runs out! I was lucky enough to rescue her as a puppy when she was just 5/6 months old (2018). Immediately after getting her I purchased Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. With full intention of only using it for "BIG" things that might happened in the future...like a hip or knee surgery because she is SO active. Needless to say, my first claim was Nov2024 and it was scary, because she had a mass removed. THAT was not expected at all. So you can image my surprise when my second claim was Jan2025 to remove another mass. I can't tell you what a relieve it was to have this type of insurance. The app is super easy, the customer service was quick and the communication was faster. All to say, that having not to think about this, HAVE the coverage and help for those bills back to back, but just focus on Harley was amazing!! She 100% healthy again, caught everything early and she is back to her super charged battery mode! Don't hesitate getting pet insurance....but if you are still considering....don't hesitate purchasing Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!!!

I’ve had good experiences with Fetch Pet Insurance the two times I’ve filed claims. I just find their website a bit difficult to follow, but the customer service team is helpful
