This is fantastic pet insurance. I have an American Bully and a cat that are both insured by Fetch. I like the comprehensive coverage, the wellness coverage, and the flexibility of deductibles etc. The people are great and very helpful!

Purchased plan 3 weeks prior to pet…
Purchased plan 3 weeks prior to pet required vet visit due to respiratory infection and arthritis inflammation treatment. Representative advised me vet visits would be covered. Vet examination, xray, and 3 medications. Cost was 544.49. And Nationwide covered 0 cost, nothing. Greatly disappointed buyers beware!

The turnaround for submitting our second claim was fantastic. However the drop down list of diagnosis needs to be expanded. I had to call customer service to determine how to categorize marijuana toxicity. The emergency room vet said the get one case a week.
