Thank you. I can not say enough about your timeless in handling our claims. Our guy Morrie is having serious issues with his heart. You have been there every step of the way with your reimbursements. I can not thank you enough. As we are in his final days it is nice to know you are there. We have talked much about your handling of our claims to the Vets as well as friends. Excellent pet insurance
I yelped best pet insurance when I got my fur baby almost 3yrs ago this May. Dodger is a funloving Dachshund who has had many adventures, we have had to access their services from time to time and they have been as described. Recently Dodger had to have emergency surgery on his back. Healthy Paws was very quick to process claims and make it possible for my fur baby to receive excellent care. I wouldn't choose another Company, not ever!!! 9 days out of surgery and he's walking doing so well. Thank you Healthy Paws!!!! Rated best by yelp and us ❤

Forever grateful
All I can say is thank goodness for Embrace. When my heretofore healthy English cocker spaniel turned 9,all manner of things started to occur. From dry eyes and skin lesions,to a recurrent urinary tract infection and then to a long bout of neck pain that didn't respond to acupuncture, PT, rest and medication. We finally had to see a neurologist ,get an MRI and have disc surgery . Just the latter cost over $6000. But each step along the way, I know I can give my dog whatever care she needs because Embrace is there to ease the financial burden.This is blessing especially since I am a senior on a fixed incomeWhat's especially nice about Embrace is that you cannot reach a limit of coverage based on a diagnosis. You coverage is limited by an amount spent. Thank you to the team at Embrace,who always provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Complicated
Claims are too complicated to file, already having to take your pet to a vet and then asking for the progress notes is work, but in order to file a claim you must have physician signature and between faxes or traveling it is just an overall complicated process. People spend thousands on Pets but the coverage is complicated on what they will and will not pay for.

I yelped pet insurance and found Healthy Paws to be rated the best as in customer satisfaction. I have had them almost 3yrs. Various claims quick no hassle reimbursement. Recently my Dachshund of just shy 3yrs had to have emergency back surgery. Healthy Paws has been wonderful in a very stressful situation. Thankfully thanks to their company I was able to have a top neuro vet perform a successful surgery. Dodger is doing extremely well. Thank you Healthy Paws!!!

These guys have been so great to work with. I have a yellow lab that I adopted 1.5 yr ago. Since then he's been to the vet for dozens of different things. Embrace makes the process so smooth an easy to submit a claim. A reimbursement check was lost in the mail and they didn't question it. They sent me a new. I appreciate the professionalism and outstanding customer service theyve provided. I have and will recommend them to every pet owner I know.

This was the first time we worked with Embrace. They were very nice and patient and explained every step they were going through to process my claim. Since this was my dog's first time they had to go back through her past medical records so it took a little longer. They explained everything and were very patient in doing so. Their staf was pleasant and knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough.
