Life saver (literally)
I have covered all 4 of my giant breed dogs for years and Embrace has never let me down. If I disagreed with a coverage (seldom happens), they listened to me and my vets and resolved it to my satisfaction. The prescription coverage with my old guy has helped him live a good life despite his age. The costs would have been crushing. I have reviewed other policies which were cheaper (I am a paralegal) and the coverage was not nearly as good - especially as dogs age. If you love your pet, Embrace is THE plan to go with.

No response on my refund
I keep getting same response saying a email will come saying confirm cancel before I had send cancellation and my refund will be post immediate and still haven't got it been an hour I thought it was insurance for seeing a doctor and you pay 1st and email invoice then they send you a REFUND it never happen far as insurance like death insurance or accident this is great news but seeing a doctor for check up for next shots Not so good when I had to pay 225 for two dogs and can"t get reimbursement or wasn't explain proper that what not cover before I put down on my 70 on policy, again I was told after 30 days if seen in doctor office for a shot or boarder discount they don"t cover Of it covers routine checkups then yes they will be #1

ASPCA Pet Health Insurance personnel are fantastic!
I've had nothing but great experiences with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance personnel, in both good times and bad. I had injury insurance on my cat Scotty, who had some pre-existing health conditions when I joined the company. I never had to use the insurance, but when Scotty died last August and I informed the CSR, I was treated with such kindness and compassion. The individual, whose name I don't remember, was genuine in expressing sympathy, and I received credit on my premium within a few short days. A week or so later, I received a condolence note, again sympathetic and genuine. I was touched, and the note is tucked away with other messages I received from friends and family. So that wonderful experience has brought me back, now that I have two beautiful new kittens to keep me on my toes! Sassenach and Sable are strong and healthy, and I hope never to have to use your services. But I know that if that situation arises, ASPCA will be there to provide the care and protection my kittens are entitled to.

EMBRACE IS THE WORST!!! PLEASE DISREGARD MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. THEY WILL FIND ANY EXCUSE TO NOT PAY!!! I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO MAKE SURE ANY PET OWNERS I KNOW CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE. I HAVE BEEN CHEATED!!!

TOP NOTCH INSURANCE COMPANY...!!
We have a 11 year old Weimaraner / Lab mix since a new puppy, her name is Millie. My wife and I decided early on to provide health insurance for our new family member. We did extensive research online...listened to the pros and cons of many Pet Insurers. We decided to go with Healthy Paws... and so very glad we did. Thankfully we have only had to deal with minor health issues up till this year. March 2017 Millie was diagnosed with a 3lb growth on her spleen. Thanks to our wonderful Vet Dr. Jen Powers of Bella Vista CA.... Dr. Jen discovered the well hidden (if you can believe it) tumor which was tucked well up into her rib area. It was discovered when she applied Ultra Sound. Dr. Jen said it was probably cancer and obviously the possibility bad news. Our family was just not ready to give Millie up yet. She is still a very active and healthy dog. We decided to follow the Vet's advice and remove the spleen and determine how extensive the disease was.This is where we are so glad we had Healthy Paws at our back..... AMAZING.... without a blink of an eye Healthy Paws covered the expensive operation to remove Millie's spleen and incredibly large tumor. The tumor appears to be a slow growing benign tumor (lab will test results back soon) It has been only 3 days since the operation and our beloved Millie is doing INCREDIBLY WELL.....HAPPY AND CRAZY AS EVER....!! I must say if you are looking to purchase insurance for your animal consider Healthy Paws. We are very happy customers and very glad that we made the decision... would do it again in a heart beat.
