I love ASPCA Pet Health Insurance
I have recommended ASPCA Pet Health Insurance to several of my friends/family with pets. Recently my ended up hurting himself requiring surgery which cost me $1500.00. I did not hesitate at all when the vet said he needed surgery because I knew ASPCA Pet Health Insurance had my dog covered under his accident policy. Submitting a claim was super easy and I received my refund in nearly no time at all. Now I can only hope he learned his lesson and steers clear from danger, but if not I know that ASPCA will be there again for me and my dog when we need them most!

So glad we have Embrace
Embrace really came through for us. We have recently had a series of big expenses for our beloved labrador Tucker. It was a scary and stressful time for all of us. But Embrace came through and really minimized the stress by covering a lot of the cost. Thank you!

The Best Pet Insurance Ever!
My last 3 dogs have been covered by ASPCA and they have been very helpful and wiling to discuss and resolve and questions I had. This is a company that cares about you and your pet. When I lost my last dogs it was such a caring thought to receive a hand signed card from them. They make the whole process of obtaining and continuing coverage very easy to do. Making a claim is simple and there is good communicate throughout the process. I work with a giant breed rescue and always highly recommend adopters to use ASPCA.

HORRIBLE READ THE FINELINES
I have have this insurance for over 12 years when my dog was simply a puppy. I have never lapsed in insurance so he has always been covered. Last year, my dog came down with Cushings, a type of cancer. He has been undergoing treatment and requires expensive blood tests until it is controlled. His new insurance coverage started last month. When I put in a claim, hoping to get some money back since I do have insurance, the rep. kindly informed me that because a new policy has been started his condition is considered pre-existing and is no longer covered. In order for him to be covered again, he would have to be condition free for 120 days..before they will pay again. THIS IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING. DON'T GET THIS INSURANCE COVERAGE OR YOU MAY BE VERY SORRY.

responsive
I may have already responded--massive improvement -- you went from an anonymous system that never worked to personal attention from real people with knowledge. one of the best out there. Especially Sammi Tuckerman.

Offering Solace at a Time of Severe Stress
When your best friend has been running a high temperature for two months, even though he's been on 3 antibiotics concurrently, and after many tests the specialist says, "haven't seen anything like this," you are crazy with stress. Living in NYC, you know your medical bills are higher than the national average, so the costs will be astronomical. Many different blood tests and ultrasounds, an Xray, and finally sedation for a CT scan and surgery are the path you and your pet travel. However, during the two months I'm getting mail from the ASPCA: an explanation of benefits AND a check attached. The mail and the checks keep coming. I cannot put a price on what my dog means to me, but I'm retired and the expense is a concern. ASPCA is helping to ease my stress by assisting with his medical costs. Because there are so many bills, I expect to get a call from the ASPCA -- and I do. Someone leaves me a voicemail to tell me that the invoice for the surgery has been processed and the check is on its way. They hope my dog is doing okay. I am so thankful that I selected ASPCA Pet Insurance years ago. It may have been one of the best decisions I ever made for my pet.

I am thrilled!
Rosie, our lab mix, is almost 4. We have insured her with Embrace for about 3 years, just in case she suffered a sports injury as she LOVES to run. Recently she began to favor her left rear leg so I took her to the vet. We discovered that yes indeed, she had torn her ACL. Embrace covered 80% of my costs of a visit to the specialist and the subsequent surgery. I also discovered that I had a $100 Healthy Pet credit that applied toward the $200 deductible. I am more than satisfied, as stated in the title. I am recommending Embrace to all my pet-owning friends!

Excellent Service
Our pet came with insurance from the breeder for a couple of months. when it was up I called them to get information. they were very helpful and explained to me the different options and policies. I have never had an issue with any of my claims and the only delay I encountered was when they where changing under writers. I have now renewed our policy and have no regrets. Before renewing a called Pets+Us twice with my questions and they were always polite and very helpful. I hav made claims from the moment our Chocolate Lab came home and had her vaccines, and even when she was neutered, no issues with the reimbursements. When she had an ear infection at 13 months, we had no issues with the claims either.
