The review I left says it all. Top notch work

Quick and easy good customer service. Knowledgeable lady on the other end of the phone. Also relatable since she's a og subzero player in mortalkombat also likes streetfighter. I appreciate that most of all since it's not automated and I can actually feel like it's all business but genuine interaction as well. That can make conversation feel less about rushing you out as a one and done customer and more so your an actual individual. Way to go to that lady. No pressure but that's how you get continued service and a good customer base. For the record everything discussed in regards to pricing, length of time before my coverage becomes active, and any additional questions were 100 percent answered. It did not feel like a waste of time.

DISHEARTENED BY THE "SENIOR PENALITY' AFTER 9 YEARS OF LOYALTY. As Dakota has aged, our premium has doubled with no leeway provided. What is most shocking is that our total premium for 2025 ended up being higher than the total amount that embrace actually paid out for her care. it's disheartening to feel that after nearly a deade of sonsistent payments we are being priced out just as our dog enters her senior years and needs the protection most. The financial jump is simply unreasonable for non-term customers.

When the unthinkable happened…

I love that met life was there for us when tragedy struck My sweet sphynx passed away suddenly. They reimbursed almost all the funds spent trying to save her. I was able to take that and recycle it into getting my new baby! Thank you MetLife!
