I Had 9 Invoices To Put Thru A…

I had 9 invoices to put thru and was concerned that they all wouldnt be received. I asked customer service for advice and she said I can put them thru 5 at time and just note it in the diagnosis. Everything went thru smoothly. Thank you!"

Wait, what? Yes, insurance for your pet is fantastic. We have the full package insurance. We used it twice for pneumonia hospitalization from urinary tract infection.

First time having pet insurance. Embrace has been quick, helpful and communicative with helping me figuring out the process and has responded to questions I have to their emails promptly within a few hours to the next business day. The biggest struggle so far has been the waiting period and the medical review I requested for two of my four cats. As soon as they had the information they sent me an email, explaining their findings based on each cat's medical history. About the only down side is their policy for preexisting conditions but that's insurance. I have one old cat with a list of conditions that are not eligible for coverage- surprisingly, most of the exclusions are only temporary for a few months to a year and only a few permanent exclusion. And I have one cat middle age cat that tested positive for FIV. As he is FIV positive he is not eligible for medical coverage but he qualifies for full accident coverage and wellness exams. Even with the exclusions, what is covered is still pretty decent and when it comes to pet bills, every little bit counts. So despite the not so thrilling news having to navigate around and cover for pre-existing health conditions, I am pleased and look forward to a long happy relationship (or as happy as a relationship one can have with their health insurance) with Embrace.

Figo is the one

After researching high and low for the best pet insurance for my 3 year old dog, I chose Figo. The reason I chose Figo was because for what they cover, the price, customer service, and overall simplicity. Understanding pet insurance can be daunting, but Figo plans are so simple to understand and follow. MY dog has been on Figo for a year. My dog swallowed a mango pit. I just submitted the invoice via pet cloud app. That was it. Thereafter, within 5 days, I was notified I was reimbursed. Another time, my dog had an ear infection. I was worried I would not be reimbursed because my dog had an ear infection over 14 months ago. I was reimbursed for that as well. All I did was answer a few questions on the claim form and submitted a picture of the invoice via smartphone. Figo called my vet for last 2 years records. Wihtin 1 week, I was reimbursed. Figo made life so easy with their paperless claims processing. Figo is the only pet insurance that any pet parent should consider.

Very grateful that this insurance program exists!

Shelly's call today to check up on how my 13+ cat Cinderfella was doing and if I had any questions or comments was quite unexpected and appreciated. Fortunately, so far Cinder has only required "wellness" checks. When I mentioned that I was concerned about how to cover high vet costs, Shelly offered sound suggestions . She is wonderful and very professional in an impressive subtle manner. Thank you again!!!

Thankful to Have Healthy Paws - Highly Recommended

We have 2 dogs that we love more than anything. When they needed emergency medical care (at the same time), the vet described the course of treatment and said "cost may become an issue." At such a stressful time, it was so comforting to know that they were covered by Healthy Paws. Knowing that emergency care would not be cost prohibitive, we could focus on getting our girls healthy. When all was said and done, we submitted their claims to Healthy Paws. I must admit that I was prepared to have to "argue" about certain parts of the bill, but on the contrary, we were reimbursed exactly as expected and described in their policy terms. They processed the claims within 5 days and we are expecting our reimbursement check in the mail. Anyone with a pet they consider family should have pet insurance, and I recommend Healthy Paws based on their customer service.

Embrace Pet Insurance is Complicated

After extensive research on pet insurance, I decided to choose Embrace because of the positive reviews. I had a horrible experience with Embrace during the first couple of claims. They wanted to deny everything and I spent hours going back and forth between Embrace and my vet office. My vet office informed me they had not experienced a pet insurance company that fought to not pay as much as Embrace did. It was so bad I consulted with a legal team to review all the documentation so I could understand why Embrace was refusing to pay. After weeks of grief, they finally paid my claims. You have to constantly request status' and they make it very complicated and now that we have certain diagnosis on my dogs history, I am stuck with Embrace for a long time.
