biopsy then developed pneumonia
Went in for a large lump on our Great Dane's ankle- did Xrays to make sure wasn't bone cancer, then had to do a biopsy to make sure there wasn't any cancer or a tumor etc once the X-rays were cleared. All good news (thankfully) but he contracted pneumonia from going under. Poor guy's been in & out several times. So thankful we have Embrace! They're friendly & fast with claims!

Trupanion always has a caring service
My cat Atticus had to go through a series of tests to determine why there was increased hunger and weight loss. Finally biopsy through surgery classified the problem as lymphoma.A specialist has evaluated the problem and feels that he would be a good candidate for chemo. I'm doing the best that I can for my cat and, fortunately, we have Trupanion. Likewise, Trupanion is doing the best for me as the owner. The service received is incredible and I'm very appreciative of it.

Can't say enough about the fantastic customer service. From my first inquiry about the insurance, with phone calls and emails everything was a pleasant experience. My two claims were paid in a very short time, that was great because I've had trouble with claim payments with another company. I am very pleased with ASPCA for all they do. Big Thanks!!

Clear and quick
I have accident only coverage for my dogs and every time they've been hurt (cut tongue, foxtail up the nose, sprained paw), Pet's Best has reviewed our claim very promptly, explained clearly what portions of the treatment are and aren't covered, and paid the covered portion quickly.

Finn tested positive for diabetes
On Dec.20 2016 Finn was given tests and found to have diabetes. He was immediately put on insulin,but it took 2 months of basically weekly tests to regulate his insulin.I am very pleased how embrace handled everything and especially the prescription plan for the insulin.
