I tried to cancel and first off, there is no where on the website to do so. I called, they transferred me to the worst sales person of all time. Incredibly pushy and would not let me off the phone. Got legitimately upset with me that I refused to continue services with him. One of the strangest conversations and most uncomfortable.

Hard to get claims covered
It's a huge ordeal to get anything covered. They often misassess claims and deny things that should be covered under my policy, requiring me to fight for coverage, which is a slow and often unsuccessful process. I would have saved more money just paying for my dog's medical expenses outright, rather than paying for this insurance, which hardly covers anything

My beautiful white Lab Ivy is back to normal after a surgery to remove a very suspicious growth was removed from the top of her head. Spot was right there. There was no issue with Spot approving the medical information that was sent to them from our Veterinarian. The direct deposit for the operation was received in just a few days after approval.

I filed my claim for my fur baby and Spot Pet Insurance took care of me and processed my claim in a timely manner. Representatives I spoke with when I followed up on my claim were very helpful as well and answered all of my questions! Great service so far and I’m really impressed!
