Claims are paid very quickly
Claims are paid very quickly. The online claim forms are extremely easy to navigate. I've not had any bad experiences in the 3 years I've been a customer.

Wonderful
"Since the beginning, 4yrs ago when I signed my boy up, everyone I've encountered has been wonderfully helpful. Any questions I had were easily answered. The EOB were VERY easy to understand and beautifully detailed. Following the claims and submitting couldn't be easier!"
I love this insurance
I love this insurance, and if the same process keeps going for the remainder of Bandit's life I will get it for our next baby. Process is simple, smooth and seamless.

YOUR STAFF MEMBER WAS MOST PATIENCE EVEN THOUGH I HAD TROUBLE WITH MY CELL PHONE RECEIVING NEEDED INFORMATION TO COMPLETE THE SALE. HE EXPLAINED ABOUT THE BEST PLANS FOR MY DENNY AND WAS ABLE TO GET ME SIGNED UP. HIS NAME WAS CHAD

This company is TERRIBLE-DO NOT BUY
This company is awful. They deny claims and say undiagnosed conditions are pre-existing conditions. FRAUD!

Pre-existing condition nonsense
My puppy has not had any issues except coccidia but Embrace's VT read in her health history that her ears were a little red but there was no infection. So now she is asserting that an ear infection that occurs within one year of pink ears would be considered a pre-existing condition. This is wrong! It is just an excuse to not cover ear infections in the future when there has not been an infection at all. I will have my vet address this incorrect analysis. But the point is that I should not have to go through this from someone that has never even seen my puppy.
