Not worth it!
I'm paying them every month USD 89, and one time I went to see a doctor since my dog was vomiting and had severe diarrhea, and almost a month after, I'm still fighting with them to get my submitted claim back. They always ask for more and more documents. I have submitted everything I have, and still no process, so frustrating to chase after you. Lost a bunch of money and wasted time, and nerves. It's just not worth it! Canceling my policy right now!

"I work in the health insurance industry (People Health Insurance), so I know how many issues there are with getting claims paid. I expected the worst. I had just gone through a rather traumatic experience with my pet, and an emergency room visit, which was not cheap. I was glad to have Pets Best to help cover some of the cost. I provided my receipts, and there was no questioning, no follow-ups for additional information, no delays. It took a reasonable amount of time to get reimbursed, 2 weeks. So, it was a pleasant experience all around. Thank you Pets Best."

My dog had strange hacking. Went to Urgent Vet. Diagnosed with pneumonia. Given meds. follow up showed all clear. Very pleased with Best Pets. Once bills were submitted, a quick response was made to issue me a check
While trying to file a claim online the website has processing delays.
While trying to file a claim online the little Space dog just spins a long time while waiting for the site to process the info. It is frustrating. I have had this insurance for 6 years and used to always file by mail. Claims have always been addressed and accepted as expected.

Maintaining my late husband's pride and joy...
I have had insurance for my lovely Old English Sheepdog since I purchased him from the breeder for my late husband. I need him as my emotional support and grief, but I struggled with his growing wellness requirements. It wasn't until I found PetsBest and their favourable program for Illness and Wellness. I am incredibly pleased with the claim process and their communication throughout the claim stages.
