Really Impressed with the transparent…
Really Impressed with the transparent access to information and without gimmicks. While on the hunt, PrudentPet.com had the most comprehensive and useful quote tool, allowing us to compare and tweak options quickly and without needing to dig for information. It was also excellent to know the plan could be booked through our insurance broker and current insurance provider (NYCM). Looking forward to not over-paying, but moving forward with greater peace of mind for our new four-legged family member.

My claims process has been so difficult…
My claims process has been so difficult because I ordered multiple products some that are covered and some that are not. I explained which items the claim was for but the processors cannot seem to understand that and continue to deny the claim for the items I’m not trying to file a claim for. I have emailed, added a note to the claim and called customer service and no one can help.
