Why I Recommend Pets Best to Every Pet Owner I Know
I can't thank Pets Best enough for the incredible support and services they provided to my wife and me during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Back in January 2025, we noticed a lump on the nose of our 14-month-old Australian Shepherd. After two weeks of uncertainty and no clear answers, the lump continued to grow, and the word "cancer" started to enter the conversation. It was terrifying. Right away, I contacted Pets Best, and the support specialist I spoke with was incredibly kind and reassuring. They let me know that Pets Best would be with us every step of the way. That gave us the peace of mind to focus on getting our dog the care she needed and explore every option our doctors presented. Over the course of three intense weeks filled with appointments and procedures, Pets Best kept their promise. As vet bills stacked up, they handled our claims efficiently, making a painful and stressful situation much easier to bear. Whenever I share this story, the first question I get is: "Do you have pet insurance?" Without hesitation, I proudly say, "Yes—we have Pets Best." Their policies are excellent, the claims process is simple and transparent, and their support team is top-notch. I've never been put on hold, and every question I've had has been answered quickly and compassionately. Since then, I've become a strong advocate for pet insurance and always recommend Pets Best to friends, family, and fellow pet owners. We now have the same policy for our new 14-week-old puppy—who, unfortunately, has already had a UTI and a broken leg—and once again, Pets Best has been incredible. Totally worth it and recommend them
After some initial frustration understanding the whole "pre-existing conditions" part of things, I have had only very good experience. They are paying out for chemo treatment for my cat - which seems to be helping her. Online claim submission very easy. Paid within a few days. Good experience with phone and email customer service. I thought they would try to find a way to reject expensive things but has not been true at all.
