Best insurance
I've been going through a difficult process with my pet, exams, diagnoses, recovery processes, and with SPOT I've had some relief, because they have covered 80% of all my expenses. I will continue with SPOT and I recommend this insurance.

I pay more just having the insurance than I do with any type of reimbursements. Recently had a $700+ vet bill for Wellness and Vaccines, I pay for a plan that helps cover these costs. I got $50 back. Shop around, I wouldn’t recommend. On top of that ridiculous refund the process took even longer than usual only to get that measly amount back.

Embrace is very fast at reviewing claims and so far, they have paid all of mine. I was disturbed that my rate increased so much last term, but when I went to the vet and saw their increase in prices, I understood. The one frustrating point is that it is nearly impossible to get through to them by phone. But when you do get through, the customer service is great. They hire wonderful people.
