All the Allergies
I had an excellent experience with Pets Best Insurance. I recently submitted a reimbursement claim for my dog, Shamus, for his allergy medication, and the process was incredibly easy. My claim was reviewed and paid much faster than I expected, making the entire experience stress-free. It is as easy as snapping a photo and clicking a few boxes to submit. I wish all insurance claims were this easy.
unplanned ER visit
We had an emergency after our dog ingested a foreign object. We got her treatment on a Friday afternoon and uploaded the documents from the ER that day. By Monday our claim was being reviewed, by Wednesday morning we had a response outlining the decision and payment for coverage that was on it's way to our bank. After the copays and deductible, all of which we knew about ahead of time as being part of the plan we chose, we were very happy with the coverage reimbursement and the speed in which it was done. Thank you!

They like to deny clams
Bought the wellness plan also had to fight to get reimbursed on her getting fixed, and now was denied my claim on her boosters and final rabies shots, and already raised my monthly premium a year in👎👎👎👎👎
Great claim process
Claims are super simple to submit. You can easily track the status online and I got a decision in about a week, in some cases faster. I was also paid out quickly and was happy with everything that was covered.
Pet Insurance Review
The Annual Fee Amount is nearly $1400.00. The total percent reimbursed of an Annual (Preventative) Physical less Annual Deductible is 10%. This Plan is supposed to cover everything plus all the bells and whistles. Seems like their overhead costs and profit margins are skewed.

The Best for Pets
I've had 2 dogs covered by Pets Best and they were phenomenal. They spent time answering any questions I had and they were very responsive. If it wasn't for the insurance, I wouldn't have had 14 more months with my 1st dog. The day I brought my new new puppy home, I already had him covered. Im really happy with Pets Best and I recommend them to everyone.

Avoid Pets Best at all costs!
PETS BEST PET INSURANCE SUCKS! DON'T BUY IT WHATEVER YOU DO!!! THEY SAY THAT THEY COVER EMERGENCY VISITS. WELL, MY FUR BABY WAS DEATHLY SICK AND THEY DENIED MY $5000 CLAIM. I'M GOING TO CANCEL MY POLICY WITH THEM IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM AND SPREAD THE WORD THAT THEY LIE! Thank you. P.S. She is doing much better now. It was just very expensive out of pocket. But she's my baby!
