I had to bring my beloved soulmate cat here at 2:00 in the morning when I knew he was dying. The staff were so kind and compassionate and laid out all of the options. In the end, I chose to let him go gently and peacefully. I was impressed with how professional, clean, and organized the hospital was, and also with how promptly we were seen and how loving the doctor was. Thank you for letting my beloved boy not suffer.

We received quick service and Mylo’s tests were done on the spot. Compassionate and kind team of professionals. Mostly, we appreciated that we didn't need to wait a long time to be seen or to find out test results. Thank you for taking such good care of our Mylo.

The moment I walked in the staff was incredible. They took great care of my German Shepard that was stung by a bee. I drive past another ER vet in Orchard Park strictly to come to Green Acres. The way they do the pricing is nice the team takes it one step at a time. You pay in steps rather then one giant bill. Highly recommend.

Your staff was INCREDIBLE! I came in with a super unusual request and you guys went above and beyond to help me and were kind throughout the entire visit. Every staff member I encountered (which was about 6) was amazing. So kind. So knowledgeable. Your customer service is off the charts. Your willingness to go above and beyond and problem solve to help me get my dog vaccinated (where other vets didn't even try) was so appreciated. Also, this vet clinic is cleaner than most hospitals. Immaculate!!!
