All in all, Embrace gets it done!
There can be some difficulty with getting the pages to work to fill in the information - a bit tedious. Other than that the process is Ok and the response and processing of the claims works well. Good service and happy with how the the paper work can be fporwarded expeditiously.

Atrocious Claim Processing
Even though Met Life has all of my dog's medical records since 2018, they routinely take 4 -5 weeks to process claims, even on simple ones for routine medication. Avoid them at all costs! Unfortunately, I am stuck with them because my dog was recently diagnosed with a heart murmur and subsequent heart disease. So, it would be impossible to switch to another company as this would now be a preexisting condition.

Always a good experience
I have had the coverage for almost three years, and I have no complaints. They pay their claims very quickly. I also purchased the wellness plan and for the money you can't beat it. I have been with other companies, and their plans went slowly downhill to where it was not worth the coverage anymore.

Excellent !!!! I have decided to add a little bit more to this review for those of you out there who are looking for pet insurance MetLife is the company to be with . I’m writing this review from my own personal experiences. It is an investment, but it is the best investment ever . Every single one of their customer agents that I have ever dealt with were loving and caring and understanding . Yes you do need to put the money out and then you get reimbursed. From my experience, the 90% PLAN for wellness and sick works best including covering preventative. P Turn around times for claims are readonable , providing you have all of the information in that they need. The app is wonderful for tracking your claim and best method of deposit is into bank account 100% reliable and dependable. Honestly, every person with this company that I have ever dealt with, spoke to me as though they were in my situation.. wonderful company !!!!

They saved my critically ill dog's life
My dog was critically ill and hospitalized for ten days, needing lifesaving but expensive care. If not for prudent pet, we would not have been able to give her the treatment she needed and we would have lost our sweet girl. It was such a relief to know that we were covered and could give her all the help she needed.
