Rhyse was calm and professional when I called. Having just found out our puppy needed surgery, I was a bit of a mess. He was kind, professional, and told me not to worry, he¡¦d take it from here. He was wonderful! Give this man my regards, and perhaps a raise for having to deal with a frazzled dog mum!
