my monthly insurance from 77.00 a month to 103.00 a month for my one lab. If you are going to raise rates you should not include those who already have been insured with you. I have bragged and referred you to many people, but not anymore. I am looking for an alternative insurance due to your lack of support for your current customers. I am retired and disabled and you just increased my dogs insurance so it will be more difficult for me.

Help came when we needed it most.
