Claims paid promptly
Claims paid promptly, in early years having insurance was to protect & for most part didn't use. But our dog developed many health issues with age & having insurance is very helpful

I think the insurance is very good
I think the insurance is very good. I have used it now for 3 years and I appreciate the ease of filing claims digitally and the quick response with reimbursement. When I do call in to a representative they are always courteous and helpful. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I don’t appreciate the 30% increase in my premiums every year. Before long the premiums will be so high that I won’t need insurance because it won’t be financially worth it. I’m not sure if there’s a cap on premiums or not. But there should be for loyal customers. Just my thoughts

Most of the process was very easy but the final page errored out and gave me no confirmation that the process was complete so I was unsure if payment had been sent. I eventually received an email confirming things were moving along but the website left me uncertain.

I do not recommend for Pet Insurance
So very disappointed with processing claims , the amount of reimbursement and overall lack of being clear . The customer service was great but never could do anything to help. This is not the Pet insurance company they have an underwriter that doesn’t want to pay out claims. When I called to cancel within the first month and mentioned I was so happy I didn’t cancel my other pet insurance I was asked which one and when I said the name she sounded surprised! She actually said “are you serious?” The other company has paid out on all claims and I’ve never had a problem but I wanted an insurance company that would cover Dental well they don’t if there is anything in the pets file stating they had anything tooth problems prior there is a 180 day waiting period.
