Amanda was great like literally phenomenal. She was very informative and very patient with me. I’ve had 3 companies to choose from (Fetch, Figo, and Lemonade). She provided me info on a comparison chart that was on your companies website and also given me her own advice and experience. Customer service told me my claim was pending receiving the chewy invoice, so I submitted again only to find out later that day the claim was already processed and check was mailed to me. The 8 documents I submitted weren’t enough? I was upset.

After having the insurance for a year…
After having the insurance for a year they tied an issue with his limb to a non-covered event and denied the claim even though our vet noted it was part of that issue. They are not friendly when it comes to the denial of the claims. They give very detailed rejections and don't cover anything that may be covered. They are dishonest and their customer service hours are horrible.
