Aileen Andino was so nice, helpful, professional. It was a pleasure to talk to her. I have had Spot Pet Insurance until today, but every few days I got texts and emails telling me to update my billing info to prevent policy cancellation; yet when I got on their website, I found I was paid up and there was no problem. Four phone calls to get messages stopped were fruitless.

Very disappointed. They take far too long to decide claims, then dodge responsibility by labeling new medical issues as “pre-existing.” Feels dishonest—look elsewhere for a company that actually stands by its coverage.
