I would normally recommend Trupanion to friends and family (and have MANY times in the past) but I have to admit my experience with Karissa was not the best.
I would normally recommend Trupanion to friends and family (and have MANY times in the past) but I have to admit my experience with Karissa was not the best. She made me feel stupid for asking the question I called in about (dental cleanings and teeth removal). I would still recommend Trupanion but my last phone call (which this email references) was not great.
