I have found each customer rep with whom I speak being very courteous and patient. With our recent loss of Chester's brother, JD, here, too, we found the customer rep to have been very sensitive and cognizant of the very sad circumstances in which we lost JD.

Having a puppy is expensive, regular checkups, shots, neutering, in addition to the issues you never considered could happen can be devastatingly expensive. Nationwide makes vet care and pet care more affordable and easy. Easily submit receipts (Mobile app) and within a week or 2 at most your refund is deposited into your bank account. My pup is happy and healthy because I am assured he has the care he needs to grow up strong. What good is it?
I see no positive benefit from the 24/7 vet helpline. I believe all they are going to do is tell you to take your animal to the nearest vet.

I don't know what has changed, but what used to take 4-6 weeks to get paid is now days to less than a week. That alone keeps me from looking at other insurers options. Submitting the claim is a breeze on the Vitus App, and now payment through CQP, and quick turnaround on same is absolutely fabulous! I don't have to worry about affording and providing care to my fur baby for those emergency situations that add up quickly. GREAT JOB NW PET!

Amazing Customer Service and Prompt Reimbursement for Claims
I have been a Healthy Paws customer for a few years. The claims process is very easy and convenient since I can submit pictures of my invoices via the Healthy Paws phone app. I had not incurred significant pet expenses in excess my plan year deductible until recently. I paid the vet on a Wednesday evening and submitted pictures of my receipt and itemized invoice via the Healthy Paws phone app the same night. The claim was processed on Thursday and I received a direct deposit reimbursement on Monday. Their quick processing time surpassed my expectations! In addition, I received a personalized follow-up email from Healthy Paws to check in on my pet. Worrying about a sick pet is stressful enough. I did not have to worry about the financial burden of the ER bills thanks to Healthy Paw's efficiency in processing my reimbursement.
