My experience was amazing just like I had made great experiences before! I was at the emergency clinic with my GSD and the invoice was pre approved within few minutes. I was able to focus on my girl and later paid just my portion! I am so glad I have chosen this insurance for my fur babies! Thank you so much Trupanion !

My ragdoll has coverage through fetch…
My ragdoll has coverage through fetch since he was just under one for the last 1.5 years. He had a bout of not eating and was taken to emergency. That bill was covered as expected, entire bill less the 20% co pay and deductible. Now this year his plan has increased 5-10$ per month and now with no warning they are not covering taxes. When questioned they said policy has not changed that his policy never included taxes and fees. That you could have chosen a different plan that covered taxes. Bullshit. There was no option for that to be covered. I chose $10000 coverage at 80% and $250 deductible. The only other option was to add a wellness plan. So now his $600 vet emergency is only covering 150. But according to them I am crazy because his plan never had tax reimbursement coverage

The Best!
I was pleasantly pleased when VCA Simmons Animal Hospital put in a claim for my 22 month old's EKG as a pre-op exam along with Solloquin. The cost was originally $103.00 and my out of pocket for this came to $25.98. A wonderful thing to have, hopefully for only prescriptions and non-emergency services not covered by the VCA Care Club plan.
