Excellent Insurance
Our dogs have been insured via HealthyPaws pet insurance for over 5 years. If you do your research, you will find this company writes their policies with very comprehensive coverage. They make filing claims easy and painless as well as paying those claims covered in a very timely manner. They have a claims payment option for direct deposit into your bank account and have recently improved that service even though it was very efficient before the improvement. They also have an auto pay option for premium payment which we take full advantage of to eliminate any potential late payment problems. All in all, a great company to work with and we feel very safe having our two dogs covered by such a strong company.

I have never had a more pleasant experience with insurance company in the whole life, I will give healthy paws 100 ...Going through cancer without one dog and having them on her side helping us financially so we never had to make a decision between our dog and money, I would recommend them to any person that asked me about pet insurance so thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏻 🙏🏻

Everyone needs figo!
Everyone needs to have figo for their pet! My pet recently got attacked and needed emergency surgery. The bill was pricey, but figo processed the claim in 2 days and the money was deposited soon after. Given the surgery, she had multiple follow ups. With one claim it was processed and paid within 4 hours. Going to the vet no longer induces any financial stress since I have never had to fight for a claim approval!

This is the worst company
This is the worst company I have ever encountered. I thought for a cause like animals they would at least be true to what they are branding which is to help owners and their pets but it is the complete opposite. I took on Trupanion a year ago because I had heard it was a good company to trust with any medical issues. 2 months ago we switched our stairs from carpet to hardwood and my dog unfortunately fell down the stairs and tore a ligament in his right leg and also needed joint repair because of this accident. My dog could not walk, he was laying down unable to move. We took him to the vet and that’s when our vet told us he needed immediate surgery. The vet put in his records that this was an accident as he fell down the stairs 3 days prior to our visit. He had surgery 2 days after that. We looked to trupanion to help with our payments though they declined our claims. Our vet reached out several times and trupanion did not care to look back and help us. We have called several times and spoken to dozens of people on their team but no one seemed to want to take a look they only told us it was not being covered by insurance. We have now contacted them to cancel our insurance with them though there are more ridiculous steps and procedures. Trupanion continues to reject our request to cover payments for my dogs surgery and everything that came along with that. Already I must worry about the fact that my dog still cannot walk and the vet says he will not properly walk for another couple of months and on top of this so must worry about this stupid insurance company and all the money we have put into it for no reason at all. Please do not sign up with this insurance company they will not help you, only will take money from you and refuse to pay for any medical issues the pet will come to have. Please share this with anyone you know who is with this company.
