Highly recommended- follow their guidelines, fab!

They took the "uggh!" out of the pet care experience. Pet's Best was easy to enroll in, definitely easy to submit claims, the processing is super-quick, especially if you sign up for direct deposit (really? yes! They have direct deposit into your newly pet-care emptied account! :-) ). They have an odd thing about a 3 day waiting period for an accident (I understand the 2 week waiting period for an illness), but statistically, you're probably ok on this. The customer service explained things clearly and calmly before I signed up (even while I was doing my comparative research), and when Monty-cat got hurt a year into coverage, they paid the claim. Am SO grateful I had pet health insurance! And am so grateful it was with Pet's Best (had another, not-to-named company before, which was pretty underhanded). Thank you, Pets Best! The pricing is in the middle of the pack, but the service and honesty is the best, so it's unquestionably the best value I found. I highly recommend Pets Best coverage for your pet. I hope you needn't use it; but promise you that, if you do, Pet's Best will make it as easy as they can.

Fast

Our dog became ill and we had to take him to an afterhours vet. He was given meds and the next day I filed the claim with the insurance company. Their response and handling time was very fast! Definitely a monthly premium well spent!

Prompt processing of surgical claim

The claim was submitted and processed within prompt fashion. The level of service has been positive for my Puggle's four years as a beneficiary of this insurance. The surgical appointment turned out to be benign but it was good to know that the pet coverage covered the services. She is back to being her spunky self.

Wellness Claims are SUPER FAST!

I submitted my wellness claim paperwork last Friday, July 5th. I just got an email saying it has been processed and will be in my account in 2 days. Thankfully I've never had to submit an injury or illness claims but Embrace is very quick about processing wellness claims!

I am a first time cat owner & researched which pet insurance would be good. I thought Embrace had good coverage but probably, due to lack of experience and understanding of the coverage, I feel after submitting one claim, it may not be for me. I don't understand how I pay for a premium every month & the reimbursement I gave for claim, matches a portion of what I pay for the premium. My claim did not get fully covered. After taking time to submit the claim, in the end, most of the payment is out of pocket. I could have paid out of pocket without the insurance. Bottom line, I reviewing whether I should keep the insurance; even though, the process went smoothly.

Embrace, the GOLD STANDARD

As ZEKE continues to improve I stop everyone who comments on his health and beauty that if it were not for the care EMBRACE let me afford he would not be here. Embrace has been professional, caring and organized. I was hoping I could get on his plan!

One Less Thing To Worry About

I have a 11 month old Boston Terrier. When my puppy was only a few months old, I decided to get pet insurance. I looked at other plans and nothing came close the the coverage and price of ASPCA. Luckily I have not had any serious accidents or illnesses (except for one incident when my puppy decided to eat part of an ottoman), but the few times I have had to get medical care for her, I didn't worry because I knew she was covered. Several people thought I was crazy to get pet insurance but now those same people are admitting that I had made a good choice). The claim process was easy and turnaround time for reimbursement was reasonable. Thank you ASPCA.

My first claim

As a newbie to insurance for my pup I was a little nervous about the process of getting my claim reimbursements. I thought it was going to be onerous and inefficient but embrace made it super user friendly and sent really useful emails to let me know where my claim was in the process. I also felt there customer service was very accessible and friendly. I highly recommend embrace so far!

Happy with the service

We had TPLO surgery done on our dog. The surgery and recovery was difficult and long but worked out fine.We saw 3 doctors and choose the least expensive which turned out to be the best one for the money. ASPCA Pet Insurance paid for all the consults and all the charges except for a few. Although I did not agree with some of their "reasonable rates" on a couple of charges they where reasonable on 90% of the bill. I have worked in auto claims for 35 years and understand the reasons for reasonable rates. The fact that they did pay for all the consults was a show of good faith.
