Disappointed rehab not covered.
Experience was good as always. But I am very disappointed with the policy changes about rehab therapy. I was told emails went out offering current customers the opportunity to add a rider. Unfortunately I missed it. I was changing email services around that time and dealing with major family issues. I understand the opportunity is lost. I certainly would have taken advantage of it.

Trupanion was there for me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY with my previous Allie-Girl.
Trupanion was there for me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY with my previous Allie-Girl. I can't imagine ever having another dog without having Trupanion to protect him/her. Both of my new rescues (Carson and Leah) have Trupanion even though I hope they stay happy and healthy!
