I just got off the phone with a lovely Trupanion representative. They made sure that I was informed on everything that I needed to do to make sure I had my vet bills submitted. We have been signed up with Trupanion from the start with our 4 year old Nana who is a cross between a Bernese Mountain dog and a Pyrenees. We have recommended Trupanion to all of our friends that decide to get a fur baby.
