So far so good!
These are our first claims and it went through quickly. The only thing I would say is that your heart worm and flea and tick refunds run very short of what the actual cost of these two medications cost per year.

NO STRESS INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our Mountain Cur Bella needed Emergency Surgery, could be Cancer??? Nation Wide calmed our Emotional Stress working with the Veterinarian Hospital and no paper work on our end. I was very surprised when I spoke with an Agent that she had feelings and not the usual, yes and no. Short time later she sent an email to me wishing the best for Bella and more emails after. I have never experienced that before with other Pet Insurance Companies. Happy to say Bella was Cancer Free!!! I wish Nation Wide excepted Pre-existing conditions, for our other dog, Mastador. His insurance IS NOT Nation Wide.

Surprisingly fast & easy
My cattle dog mix has managed to hurt her front leg, back leg, get a foxtail in her nose, & a cactus thorn embedded in her paw to name a few, in the year since I've had her. Having her insured with Nationwide gives me peace of mind that she can get the care she needs at any given time.
