Amazing Quality

I purchased Healthy Paws Pet Insurance last year, thinking it would help me sleep at night, but never thinking I would actually need it. Unfortunately, this has not been the case and I have submitted several claims over the last several months. All were processed immediately and there was no "funny business". In addition, the staff have been very empathetic. I could not say enough positive things about this company and would recommend it to anyone who has a four legged family member.

Taking the curse off pet health expenses

My 2 german shepherd dogs suffered from severe itching since September 2010. It was very difficult getting to the root cause of their symptoms finally in April 2011. Pollen or mold allergy was first suspected, then food allergy. After many veterinarian visits and symptom treatment a visit to the recommended canine dermatologist repeated the skin scraping test (negative again) but he deduced that their symptoms were most like scabies. This treatment cured their itching. ASPCA Pet Insurance came thru with timely reimbursement to cover much of the veterinarian and medication expenses. The only dissappointment is that even after meeting my deductable the insurance covered only a portion of the remaining expenses. Despite this disappointment, pet health insurance reimbursement more than paid for the insurance premium so I believe it is very cost effective.

Great peace of mind

Winnie is truly my child in a dog suit. Having this insurance gives me the peace of mind to know that I would never have to make a decision based on finances (not that I ever would!!). I have been fortunate to only have had to file one claim. Reimbursement was fast. Great plan, affordable. Wouldn't want to be without it.

This, simply said, is a wonderful pet Insurance!

I was referred to Embrace Insurance through a good friend. At the time my Standard Poodle was great and I wasn't certain I needed Insurance. I looked into their policies and decided with their rates that I couldn't afford to not have pet insurance! Since then I have had used the insurance more than once and the last time was an expensive emergency trip with my dog needing to be admitted for 2 days. On EVERY occasion they have responded to receiving the claim within a couple of days and I have received a check within a couple of weeks. This is a great company with representatives that are always there to assist in any way possible.

Good customer service

I recently signed up with Embrace with the arrival of my new puppy. I knew that my first claims would center mostly on Wellness issues like vaccines. All in all, I am happy with the speed of the customer service and how responsive they were. There was a small admin glitch which delayed the direct deposit of the reimbursement but that got resolved quickly, otherwise they'd get a full 10. I like Embrace and would definitely recommend them to future pet owners.

Claim Paid Direct to My Bank Account

My 9 year old Shepard was injured by a bigger dog. I paid my Vet with Visa credit card, submitted the the bill to Pets Best and the claim payment arrived in my bank account before the credit card bill was due. Unbelievable service. Thank you

Very Happy Customer!

My mini doxie (4 yrs old) has IVDD that has required expensive emergency visits & neurology appointments. Pets Best has reimbursed our claims every time. Their customer service is bar none the best. They are so helpful, polite and prompt. I am truly a happy customer.

What a ripoff!

They rejected my claims stating that my dog's bacterial skin infections were a pre-existing chronic condition based on the fact that the prior year she was observed chewing her feet. They don't seem to know the difference between allergies and infections. This was after two months of runaround repeatedly faxing documentation to them. VPI was much more reasonable in their claims processing.

Piece of mind for your "babies"

I have had Embrace on all four of my dogs since December 5, 2009. The week before Thanksgiving of 2010 my daschund all of a sudden became sick. She was diagnosed with leukemia. Within 2 weeks I had already met my $500 deductible. I was a ball of nerves especially during those first couple of weeks after she was diagnosed. Having insurance is & was a blessing. All the guys at Embrace were & are very helpful in answering any questions I had. It never takes more than 2 weeks and not even that long all the time to get an answer back on your claim. I very happy to have Embrace Pet Insurance for my "kids". It is a great investment every month. Piece of mind!
