Insurance when you really need it.
I got Trupanion pet insurance when my dog was 6 weeks old. Before he was even a year old I used the pet insurance to save his life. I wouldn't have been able to afford the care he needed and I would have had to let him go... Since then Trupanion has helped him recover from several accidents and, now that he's getting older, Trupanion is helping grow old without pain. I recommend everyone that has a pet that they love get Trupanion insurance. Read the fine print on the policy, it doesn't cover everything, but when you really need the coverage it is there.

Many claims with no problems to report!
Even though my clinic does not direct bill Trupanion, Trupanion makes it super easy to claim on my own! I just take a photo of my reciept from the clinic with my cellphone and email it in to the claims department. I get an email acknowledging it right away, and I generally have my claim back to me within a week. Very fast. I have never had any trouble with my claims!

Thankful for Trupanion!
At the beginning it didn't seem like anything we had done was covered. That being said, when our puppy swallowed something and needed surgery followed by 3 days in emergency, we were grateful ?? we have Trupanion insurance as it covered 90% of the fees, and allowed us to get our little family member healthy.
