We are extremely satisfied with Trupanion. N
Trupanion always completes claims within a day or two, and notifies us with the the results. We get a check soon after to reimburse us for payment we paid our vet. (A shout out to Coral Springs Animal Hospital, who recommended Trupanion to us when we first got our puppy, and files our claims for us immediately.)

Cost is always foremost of my mind but knowing that I can take care of Barley without that constraint really helps ease my mind
There is nothing I wouldn't do for my puppy, Barley. He is more than just a part of the family and being able to take care of him like I would any child means more to me than anything. I decided to get him and deciding on health & wellness protection was a no-brainer. My dog needed surgery to remove a hardened cyst near his front paw that the vet/surgeon feared that will eventually become cancerous. Although I have had a policy with Healthy Paws for over 4 years, this was the first time I had to submit a major claim. First, Healthy Paws makes it super easy to submit a claim. I just logged into my account and uploaded the receipt. Second, Healthy Paws reviewed my claim and within 10 days, I received a payment directly deposited to my bank account. Healthy Paws' delivers on their promises!. I am happy to say that the surgery went very well and my dog has made a full recovery!
