Customer service is very helpful in explaining what your individual benefits are so you can inform your vet's office. The only issue I have had is trying to send an invoice myself via the web site. I still need the expertise of the vet's office for that.

Seamless Process
Because my Vet office does all the paperwork for the claim, I do nothing but leave my credit card to cover whatever costs that Trupanion doesn't cover. So it's a seamless process. And in the end I hear from Trupanion for exactly what they will and will not cover. Very easy.
