I must have had an angel on my shoulder the day I said yes to Trupanion Pet Insurance. I can't imagine the absolute horror of having to euthanize a family member because I could not afford a necessary medical procedure. I previously had another brand of insurance, but they don't pay anywhere near what is needed in emergency treatment. It was extremely distressing when my kitten almost died after ingesting an 18-inch piece of poultry string. We had no idea she had done this. After diagnosis at the emergency hospital, she had life-saving surgery and is back to normal. We call her our $5,000 kitty because that's what it would have cost without Trupanion who paid 90%. Trupanion was there to help us all the way and we received our checks within two weeks. I am telling everyone I know with pets to sign up with Trupanion so that the only thing they need to say when tragedy strikes is, "Go ahead, save my pet!"

Have had to make 2 claims with Healthy Paws so far and both were taken care of quickly and paid promptly. Also love the way they send a e-mail asking how my Golden Retriever Lenny is feeling. Did lots of shopping for pet insurance before deciding on Healthy Paws and I am very happy I did. I highly recommend this Company to anyone wanting to protect their pet.

I like Trupanion. They are thorough and prompt with responses, payment, & follow-up. I do think that office visits and immunizations should be included (since pet owners pay a $50 deductible & Trupanion only covers 90% of the bill).

Have had them for 2 yrs now and my dog has managed to get into all sorts of trouble. Have more than gotten my money's worth! They have been prompt, helpful and personable. Little pricey but well worth it!

I've had Embrace for three years for both my pets. They service claims in a timely manner and have great customer service. Their adjusters get back practically immediately if you have questions. Premiums are fair and have differing deductibles making them affordable. Definitely recommend.

I first learned about Healthy Paws from my Vet. I am so glad I listened to her. I love these guys. They are always eager to help. Whenever I submit a claim, in a matter of 24 hours I get an email letting me know they received the paperwork and are working on the refund. I have never gone more than 10 days without receiving a refund check from them. Everyone who works there have been nothing but professional and helpful to me. They are always concerned about my dog and how he is doing. I love them....

It only makes sense to me to have health insurance coverage for my Australian Shepherd Foster. He's a 7 year old male and as he gets older I feel confident in the care he will receive as well as confidence in the fact that I won't have to worry about how I will pay for that care! Currently I have wellness rewards as part of my coverage for him. I pay $38 a month for his coverage and when I take him for his annual wellness exams, I am reimbursed within a week of the claim being sent to Embrace! I also receive coverage for his flea and heartworm preventatives!! Love that I did this and I would highly recommend all my friends to do the same!

Our 4 year old girl needed a series of tests to address implications of crystals in the urine. We are happy to say that she came through with flying colorsafter being very worried, and Healthy Paws processed the claim (initial claim made in the two plus years we have had our shih tzu and have had insurance) quickly and positively. Since the first claim requires all medical records to be submitted, we were so impressed with their service and their follow-up- they emailed to see how our girl was feeling after all of the tests! We can't say enough god things about Healthy Paws- they are first class in customer service!
