2 ACL Surgeries in under 12 months...
Our Dog, Merry, tore the ACL in her left leg in May of 2019 while running in our back yard. She shot forward and stopped suddenly, turning around and returning with a pretty bad limp. She ended up getting surgery to repair the torn ACL and she recovered well, with Healthy Paws paying the claim in an impressively short period of time. They were fast and courteous through the entire process. Fast forward to our policy expiration in January of 2020, we expected a huge increase after such a large bill (many thousands of dollars). To our surprise our premiums stayed more or less the same (any increase was negligible). Fast forward once again to Merry's second injury a month or so later where she tore her other ACL (which is apparently common for the second to go shortly after the first) and we had the exact same experience with Healthy Paws. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Easy way to make a claim. Claim was reviewed and payment was received in 7 days. Seems like many procedures and illnesses are covered though I don't really want to know what is not covered because I like my baby to remain healthy

Fantastic, timely service

Healthy Paws is The BEST!
Healthy Paws is the best pet insurance I've ever had! Easy to file a claim and very speedy in reimbursement! I recently had a bill over 7000.00 for an emergency surgery for my Boxer & was reimbursed 4 days after submitting my claim. straight into my bank account! We have 90% coverage, thank goodness!!
