Fast service and peace of mind
I'm a relatively new customer of ASPCA insurance for my dog, Bear, and I can't say enough good things about my experience so far. Bear recently had a major health scare that resulting in multiple rounds of blood work, urinalysis, ultrasounds - the works. It's stressful enough to have a sick pup but I was also stressed about the cost - we worked up a $1500 bill within a few short weeks. I submitted my bills to the claim center online and had a response complete with explanation of benefits and direct deposit for my reimbursement within 2 weeks of each submission which is AMAZING. I expected to wait way longer. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service so far. It's invaluable to have peace of mind when you and your pet are going through an already challenging time.

Insurance made a difficult time a little easier
Our dog was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. This has easily been the hardest thing we have ever had to experience, our pup is our life and knowing there is nothing we can do to save him is so hard. The only thing that has added any light to this otherwise very dark situation is the fact that we are able to give him the best care & quality of life possible, for as long as possible. This is because we have pet insurance, we didn't have to think twice before making choices just because of the dollar amount. There is no price we can put on that and Nationwide has been amazing. We have had other pet insurance and they have been difficult and claimed certain things were "preexisting" with absolutely no proof. The customer success team was great when I need another claim reevaluated, we have had our claims processed in record time, and have yet to be unsatisfied. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Never Had a Problem
I’ve never had a bad experience or problem with claim submission or being reimbursed. The turn around time is very quick as long as you provide the necessary diagnosis and documentation. Everyone I’ve dealt with on the phone was very courteous and professional.
