While I really wish I never have to file any claim for Asher our dog, unfortunately he has some digestive issues . When I have filed a claim Trupanion has processed the claims quickly with NO issues or delays by asking repeated questions . I have filled out the claim form with supporting bills and I have gotten paid .

Trupanion and staff have been there for me and my animals.
Trupanion and staff have been there for me and my animals. I had 3 dogs, now all deceased, 2 cats and now 2 new pups. New kid on the block had a broken leg at 6 months old after stepping on a bee and jumping quickly to the right. All is well now and thank goodness for Trupanion. Junior had to see Ortho surgeon, pins in Patella and lots of cast changes and physical therapy.
