This is my first year and first two claims with Healthy Paws. Not only were the claims processed and reimbursements sent within a few days but a representative followed up to see how my pet is recovering from his tummy issues. I couldn't be happier that I switched my pup to this company.

Goliath was vomiting with bloody diarrhea on a Sunday. Really sick. After a night on iv at an emergency pet hospital, he was much better and now is fine. Healthy Paws paid every penny according to the policy. It saved me $931 and I was impressed by the the professional and caring HP staff. Thanks for making it easy and not acting like an insurance company for humans!

I recommend having Pets Best deposit your reimbursements directly into your checking account--they usually come in two days that way! With every claim that we have made, there has been some issue with the invoice or information that we have provided to Embrace. On every occasion, we have had to resend the same information to them several times. In one instance, they repeatedly requested health history for a period that was before my dog was born. I picked Embrace because of positive ratings on this site. They have utterly failed to live up to my expectations. My dog has been insured with them since the day that we got her (I actually began paying for the policy before we got her). I would not recommend this company!

Claims handled in an expeditious manner.

This is the second claim I've had to file and the process is so easy! Either my vet or myself faxes in the claim with detail receipt and that's all I have to do! I get email updates on how the process is moving along (claim received, claim processed, claim payment mailed) and if any problem arises an email is sent about that too!
