Trupanion has been so good to us!
You guys have been so great. Our little mini dachshund, Tito, has some congenital issues that make swallowing difficult. Unfortunately, those same problems make him susceptible to aspiration pneumonia. We’ve had a mini dachshund in our house for 43 years. Tito is our 4th and last. Keeping him healthy and with us as long as possible is our goal. Thanks to Trupanion, our little guy is getting great help.

Always so fast! Such a great experience every time. Last summer my pup had a splenectomy and dual mass removal. I had multiple invoices leading up to it and then the biggest invoice was around $5200! Since I had met my deductible for the condition leading up to this, Trupanion paid 90% and I paid 10%. I continue to hear friends talk about their bad experiences with other pet medical insurance companies, it's too bad they didn't get Trupanion. Insure your pets! Do it early! Before they have pre-existing conditions! Thanks Trupanion!

Submission of Claims ( Scanned Copies of Veterinarian Invoices, and Medication Vendor Invoices) are "Drag & Dropped " into the online Trupanion Claim Form. Response from Trupanion indicating receipt of Claim is almost in real-time. Evaluation by Trupanion of the Claim and response is very quick. Rebates of 90% of the cost of medications after $500.00 deductible is by check or online transfer. Easy process, quick and accurate. Averaging $5000.00 /year medical bills with Trupanion reimbursing thousands of dollars.

Tru panion is the absolute best. Our cat went in to have a routine dental cleaning and the vet found she needed to have 2 teeth extracted. We approved the extraction and told the office we had insurance through Tru panion, the office submitted all the paperwork and when we came to pick up our cat everything was already taken care of. Wonderful professionals and great people to work with.
