I have filed 3 claims (so far) and each time the claims process and the customer service have been GREAT!! I really can't say strongly enough how glad I am that we took our vet's advice and chose Trupanion as our pet's health insurance.

I have been very happy with Trupanion's customer service throughout the years.

I have been very happy with Trupanion's customer service throughout the years. Luckily I have no had to submit any policies , but anytime I have any questions they are very willing to help and are very kind and courteous.
