They need to hire more help.
Claim process is often take longer than it takes me to get my credit card bill. There are long waits when you call in. And the mobile app does not work very good on my iPhone 6.

Buyer be aware - Premiums Increase Yearly
I purchased a policy through Trupanion for my 2 dogs. They do raise their premiums yearly. Trupanion promise: “Once enrolled, pets stay insured regardless of age and coverage will not change.” Coverage won’t change but your premiums will increase. Buyer be aware.

Our dog came down with an eye condition that my vet felt was an auto immune disorder this was after we bought the insurance the insurance company requested the dogs medical records to ensure it was not pre-existing which I completely understand however my vet tried sending over the information twice by fax and showed me the fax confirmation pages and they kept continuing to claim they didn’t get it so my vet gave me the records I scanned and uploaded them to the claim and they still denied it saying they never got them very frustrating and when you try to call to get an answer you’re on at least a 45 minute wait no vets office that I am aware of can sit on the phone for 45 minutes trying to get through to somebody

Pets Worst
They will deny most everything as pre-existing which I clearly don't agree with and they offer no evidence. Example - my dog was recently treated for a UTI, denied claim stating it was pre-existing. ? Really, his 1st every UTI was pre-existing. Thanks Pets Worst.
