We are very happy with Trupanion. They make the claim process super easy and we are fortunate we had this insurance as our pet will have medical needs for the rest of his life that they will help cover.

I spent a great deal of time reviewing the different plans and purchased the Healthy Paws' 90%/$100 plan. The first day they quoted me $34.01 for my 3 year old 10-pound dog. The next day when I purchased the plan I was given a different quote, they ultimately charged my credit card $35.80. I purchased the plan because their website said I was getting a discount, but it actually was an increase. I had a friend purchase the plan with the same information from a different web browser and computer; his quote came up as $34.01. When he tried to purchase it again, the price increased to $35.80, then to $37.30. We took screenshots of each price change. I called Healthy Paws customer service and was told "a manager will call me back within 5 hours." I quickly spoke to another phone representative who said he didn't work there but took the "over-calls" and couldn't help me. Healthy Paws never returned my phone call so I cancelled the insurance plan.

Great to deal with. Even though we don't know what is wrong yet they have been awesome. Customer service team is very understanding and calming --- even when i call in a panicked state. Claims service had been very efficient and I am so thankful for the service and the coverage.

4 years ago we lost our girl kitty to cancer. We didn't have pet insurance at the time and we were quickly out $5000. After that, I looked into pet insurance and got policies with ASPCA. They have been incredible in the times we have submitted claims. Never any issue in getting reimbursed. Our older kitty who is approaching 17 is starting to have "old kitty" issues and it is reassuring to know that we can continue to give him high quality care without going into significant debt. We will always have insurance and will continue to have our policies with ASPCA.

I got my Pit mix puppy November 3, I took him to the vet November 4. He was a rescue. He was pretty sick and had skin issues. I'm JUST finding out that his skin issues ARE not covered because it had not been a year since he was treated for it last. I'm pissed because I got the coverage because I know Pits have skin issues. I thought I explained this to the rep when I purchased it. I'm waiting to hear back after they've listened to the call to see if it was her error. I'm sure it's explained, but I either didn't understand or read it carefully enough. Just be CAREFUL read it carefully, the terms and conditions. It's stating it's a chronic issue because it's all dermatalogical. Flaky skin and hot spots are the same thing according to Embrace. Their Wellness is excellent. Just ask 1000 questions!! BE AWARE! The wording is tricky! I may owe them an apology, but I still feel duped. I'm tempted to cancel. I had recommended them to A LOT of folks! SMH.

They have answered questions thoroughly, worked well with our Vet's office, processed claims promptly and shown a great deal of concern and compassion for the treatment and recovery of our very special dog. I have recommended this company to others considering insuring their pets and will continue to do so without reservation.

ASPCA Pet Insurance has been very helpful to me and my Pug Max. It seems that we are visiting the vet for some reason or another. ASPCA processes claims fairly quickly and with ease. I recommend them to anyone I know with a pet.

I am very impressed with how quickly they handled our dog's claims and appreciated their concern for his well being. Carmen was very helpful in regards to questions I had about insurance policy and expressed a genuine interest in my dog's health status. Thank you. Marti
