I spoke with an agent before buying the complimentary coverage and we discussed Punkie's medical history.

I spoke with an agent before buying the complimentary coverage and we discussed Punkie's medical history. At that time she assured me that future problems would not only be covered, but without an additional deductible! Now I need it, Punkie will end up being euthanized without it, I've never missed a payment, but Ian says I'm not covered??? I guess you could say your company has cheated me and my sweet girl! Not what I expected from you, but now that I know I will be sure to make it known!
