12.5 years with Trupanion
The claim was misplaced by Trupanion for a few weeks and we had to follow up .Then they got onto it. And we received payment.Had our sweet dog insured with them for 12.5 years until she passed.Our premiums and payouts were a wash.Did not like the continual premium increases each year but still glad we had coverage.
