Overall, good service, and like that there is available digital communication options. Sometimes it can be a hassle to get claims processed with requests for medical records and then delays of 30-60 days but eventually if you are diligent you will get paid appropriately

I am tickled to receive an email checking on Charlie since I recently submitted several claims for his vet and specialist visits and his meds. He is improving and the insurance has been a great help withe unexpected compound illnesses. Having the claims processed promptly with clear indications of how it was processed was also great,.

I unfortunately have a dog with numerous medical issues but feel less overwhelmed because of Embrace. They are a terrific company. They make it so easy to submit claims and are very responsive to questions. Claims are processed fast. I have zero complaints. Would highly recommend

Easy and Worth the money
I’ve had insurance on my dog since he was 8 weeks old. He’s now 8 years old and I also have insurance on my 6 year old Golden. If you don’t have pet insurance you’re missing out. Filing claims is so easy and the reimbursement rate is outstanding.

Almost perfect...
Great plan--comprehensive, affordable, and came with great recommendations from friends. My only complaint is that claims take too long to process and pay--a little more than three weeks. Otherwise, I'm very happy with Pet's Best.
