I have 2 English Labradors ages 6 and 10. Both have had very few claims, with relatively minor illnesses, however whenever they have a claim it has been responded to with great speed. The staff answer the questions in a very friendly , caring manner on the phone and assist me when I don't know the answer.

I was disappointed that it took over 10 days to be reimbursed. With the increases in monthly rates, I'd be better off putting that money into savings. I needed a faster cash flow return. Also I called twice. The first time I was told the claims were in review. Then three days later I called and was told the same thing. The reimbursement did arrive in my bank account the following day.

I want to say Thank You for your help in the recent health crisis for my little Aussie, Bailey. Knowing I had the insurance made it so much easier to make the decision to get her expensive treatment. Your claims service is amazing. Checks are sent right away. You kept me informed as to what was going on and answered my questions right away. Customer service at it's finest. We went to the vet Monday for our annual exam. We submitted the claim form on Tuesday and on Thursday I received an email that the claim was approved for reimbursement. Great service.

Figo has some of the best staff I've come across, they are super friendly and their process is easy when it comes to claims and insurance. I would recommend them to anyone!

My little pug has chronic bladder infections, The e-coli is in her bladder wall unlike a "regular" bladder infection. It does not go away and she is taking Clavaseptin on almost a regular basis. She recently had her elongated palate shortened to allow her to breath easier in the hot weather. Your responses have always been that day that you received the claim and within a week, I have been reimbursed. I tell people how pleased I have been with Trupanion, in your response time, and a couple of times when I have called, your staff have been so very courteous and helpful. Thank you for being their for her and her mommy and daddy.
