Trupanion kept me aware of how claim was progressing and approximately how long it would be for the resolution of the claim.They were very pleasant and helpful when I called with questions

Almost 10 years of friendly, prompt service
I have 2 English Labradors ages 6 and 10. Both have had very few claims, with relatively minor illnesses, however whenever they have a claim it has been responded to with great speed. The staff answer the questions in a very friendly , caring manner on the phone and assist me when I don't know the answer.

Hoped for faster reimbursement
I was disappointed that it took over 10 days to be reimbursed. With the increases in monthly rates, I'd be better off putting that money into savings. I needed a faster cash flow return. Also I called twice. The first time I was told the claims were in review. Then three days later I called and was told the same thing. The reimbursement did arrive in my bank account the following day.

I want to say Thank You for your help in the recent health crisis for my little Aussie, Bailey. Knowing I had the insurance made it so much easier to make the decision to get her expensive treatment.
Your claims service is amazing. Checks are sent right away. You kept me informed as to what was going on and answered my questions right away. Customer service at it's finest.
