I have now had to call Customer Service 3 times, each time got another team member. I spoke with Camille, Tammy and today Sarah and each Representative was extremely helpful. They also each showed genuine concern for my Hanna's well being. I have had the insurance for 5 years and this is my first experience using it. Camille was nice enough to send me several documents as I was unable to sign onto my account. She also forwarded my issue to IT to have it resolved and sent me a follow up email. So far my experience has been wonderful.

After doing due diligence in finding the right pet insurance, we chose Healthy Paws. This was a tough year for our dog Zoey who needed bladder stone surgery followed several months later by excision of a skin mass. Having insurance saved us about $1500.
