The claim process was easy on line. I typed in the information required and attached the doctor’s summary and charges and submitted the claim. Two days later I received the processed claim and claim payment in my bank account.

Trupanion saved me thousands of dollars on my dogs TPLO surgery! I'm so glad that my dog is insured by them! Trupanion does pay out their claims and I had no problem at all with the process. I submitted my claim on a Sunday and by Tuesday my money was I'm my account. Trupanion makes it very clear what is and what isn't covered before signing up so anyone considering it just has to make sure they read everything before.
