Wasted money: denial based on symptoms

So, if your pet has had ANY symptoms similar to the symptoms for which they receive treatment in your claim for the previous 18 months of policy start-up your claim will be denied and non-covered. Note that I am saying SYMPTOMS not DIAGNOSIS. Because my pet had a cough 1X in previous year my claims were denied. Total waste of money for the insurance.

satisfaction

I have two dogs insured with Pet’s Best and have used the insurance for allergies for one dog and now a recent surgery for my golden retrievers. I have recommended several now clients to carry this insurance for their cats and dogs.

I am satisfied with my insurance here.

I am very happy with Pets Best. I didn't know what to expect with my claim. I've had other insurance and my coverage was getting less and less.

Great Service, Quick Turnaround

Had an annual check-up for our Maltese. Submitted the vet receipt on the same day as the vet visit to Embrace for reimbursement under our Wellness coverage. Less than 24-hours later, I had received a confirmation email of the claim initiation and confirmation of coverage/reimbursment. We've been Embrace customers for 6+ year (ever since we got our Maltese), and the level of service, kindness of the "Embracers" and quick turnaround on all of our claims has been outstanding. I cannot recommend Embrace enough to our friends and/or anyone with a pet they care deeply about.

Embrace is Great

Just filed my first claim and it took a total of 2 days to get a check issued! Glad I opted for the Wellness feature as it has already paid for itself for the year. I love the customer service at Embrace. The few times I've called with a question each person has been very nice and knowledgeable. My other dog is still with another insurance company, but after my experience with Embrace he will be transferring over here.

Lived up to their reviews!

When I decided to look for pet insurance, I did a lot of research. After checking all the insurance websites and reading about a million reviews, I decided to go with Healthy Paws. It seemed like they had the fewest exclusions and the rates were reasonable. They also had excellent reviews. I've been with them for a couple years, but never really need their service until recently. My beloved dog was diagnosed with Leukemia a few weeks ago. He is now receiving Chemotherapy so he is having weekly visits to the vet. Every week I submit my claim and within a few days the submission is approved and I receive a check shortly after. It is such a blessing that I can focus all my attention on my dog, and not be spending my probably somewhat limited time with him stressing about money.

SO GRATEFUL FOR PETSBEST

I cannot say enough about how very grateful I and my family are for PetsBest. The last few weeks have been tremendously stressful for us. Our beloved Buster was diagnosed with cancer of the liver. He needed surgery and now has to undergo chemotherapy. I have never ever experienced a level of customer service like that provided by PetsBest. Each and every person that we spoke to over the phone or via live-chat from the website was wonderful. Each person was knowledgeable about our claim status,advising us step-by-step what to do to expedite our claim. Most of all each person seemed to be sincerely concerned about our pet and sensitive to our emotional stress. Compassion in times like these are invaluable and truly a blessing. Buster is family and PetsBest gives us peace of mind knowing that we are able to do the very best that we can for him. I feel that everyone went over and beyond the call of duty to process our claim in record time. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Better than expected

Pets Best is awesome. This is the first time I have had to file a claim on my dog and I must say that I was very doubtful that Pets Best would be as good as their website indicated. I am very happy with the reimbursement.
